Yin yoga is designed to target the connective tissues, including the fascia, tendons and ligaments of the body. Poses are held for longer periods of time to help relieve tension and stress without muscular exertion. Yin yoga has a Taoist history that focuses on passive energy instead of active Yang energy.

Restorative Yoga is designed to bring your mind and body into deep relaxation. Poses are held for longer periods of time to help relieve tension and stress without muscular exertion. Pranayama is used to help calm the mind while energizing the body. Great for anyone looking to unwind from stress.

Chair yoga allow anyone who has access issues to practice yoga. This class is specifically designed for those that may have balance issues or just require a slow pace. We use a chair and props to get a great stretch, regardless of your age or flexibility. Guaranteed to make you realize that you "CAN" do it. Please check our calendar or contact us for current offerings.

Meditation is more successful with Pranayama (Breathing Techniques). This meditation class begins with Pranayama to help the practitioner get a more relaxing and comfortable meditation. Students will learn different breathing techniques that help to cleanse the body and help you attain a better meditation practice.  Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow to help yo relax.

This Peaceful Meditation is free to the public and takes place on the first Monday of each month  from7:30-8:30pm in Person. Drop-ins only.

Private yoga sessions are available in your home or other available space upon request. Cost is $50 for 1 person and an additional $10 per each additional participant. 

Iridology Health Assessments are given by Dr. Melissa Machnee, ND, CCI. Dr. Machnee has studied many holistic practices all around the world and is very passionate about healing holistically. She uses Iridology which is an ancient practice that helps one understanding their genetic pre-disposition. Each eye is unique. By understanding our genetic nature, one can use holistic methods to help themselves maintain a healthier life. Dr. Machnee also uses other holistic approaches to help educate you to help attain optimum health.

Tibetan Sound Healing is a proven effective method for inducing healing. It is an ancient technique that uses gentle vibrational sound to permeate the subconscious for stress reduction, inducing peace, well being and better health. Reiki is a safe and effective method that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. It is an ancient Japanese technique that is rooted from the understanding that human energy can be used to help others heal on a spiritual level which can support healing on the physical level. This 200 hour yoga teacher training program focuses on Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Ayurveda. Whole weekends will be dedicated and immersed into each topic. The history and practical elements of Hatha yoga will be taught from a traditional perspective with emphasis on alignment of postures and theoretical elements behind the practice as a whole. Since Yin Yoga is a more modern modification of yoga, we will delve into the practical and theoretical elements as well as why it is such a helpful practice for western society. Anatomy, philosophy and history are very important elements to this program. These topics will primarily be taught in the online section of the program while the practical elements of the anatomy classes will take place during in-person sessions. Sequencing, how to teach a class and create a safe and comfortable environment for your students will also be covered to help support the students ability to safely and effectively teach a yoga class after they graduate. Upon successful completion of the full 200 hours of this program, and after registering with the Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200, students will be able to safely and effectively teach a yoga class anywhere in the world that they choose.
