Abhyanga self-massage is an ancient Ayurvedic practice. It is sometimes called snehana which is a sanskrit word that means Oil and Love together meaning "to love oneself".
By massaging yourself with oils, this can balance the three dosas, stimulate the lymphatic system, improve skin tone, calm the nerves and cultivate self-love.
We will explore the three dosas in this course as well as what oil to use for your dosa type and when.
Ayurvedic practices as well as theory will be discussed to give the practitioner a better understanding of this amazing science of life.
