Reiki is a safe and effective method that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. It is an ancient Japanese technique that is rooted from the understanding that human energy can be used to help others heal on a spiritual level which can support healing on the physical level. Dr. Melissa Machnee, ND, CCI, CNHP, ERYT500 is a Certified Reiki Master available by appointment.
