Ayurveda 101 Class Have you ever wondered what Ayurveda is? We are going to break down the basics of Ayurveda to help you understand the amazing benefits of this ancient practice. ​ You will learn about the ancient history of Ayurveda, what doshas are, what this means for you, how the day and seasons change doshas and much more. This short course is guaranteed to make you feel more in tune with your own body and how to live a more balanced life with nature. ​ Participants will receive 2 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits. These credits are helpful for yoga teachers that need to fulfill their 30 required continuing education hours. ​ Dr. Melissa Machnee, ND, ERYT will be teaching this course.
