Service Description

This class is the most gentle class that we offer. It is ideal for people to try out yoga for the first time or to help you unwind after a busy day. Either way, you will be sure to relax the body and mind. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before scheduled booking. Any cancellations not meeting the 24 hour cancellation deadline will be subject to 50% of the set fee of service. Thank you for your consideration of others.
